Canton police and the Stark County sheriff need to acquire “the grappler”, a device for ending high-speed pursuits. Whatever it cost would be worth it! If you don’t know what it is, look it up. Given criminal activity in the city I would suggest the department search for a system other than BRINC which does not offer drones with even non-lethal (kinetic or chemical) capabilities.
